First Winter in NOIDA
This is the first winter in NOIDA in our flat. It is COOOOLD. and my time is spent in plugging crevices in doors to stop the wind.

First Diwali at NOIDA
Today is our first badi diwali at our new home - CM4#403 Supertech Capetown NOIDA. We decorated the still to be sorted house yesterday on Choti Diwali.
New Car - Tata Punch
My Maruti Estilo, bought in 2009 completed almost 14 years and was due to scrapped. Moreover after moving to NOIDA, its registration (DL8CP4338) was also an issue. Thus, decided to buy a new car on shifting to our new home in NOIDA. Gave it up yesterday as an exchange. The jack was missing and had to pay 1000/- for that. Otherwise the car was accepted, and we were paid 50K which was deducted from the new car amount. Then the waiting!! Finally the payment went through and we got the car in around evening 1800 hrs. Good BYE AL49
On 29th August 2023 we finally a. Took the final amount of money from the buyers of AL49, b. Handed over the keys to AL49 to the property agent Gautam Jain for onward submission to the buyers - Ishwar Singh and Sandip Kumar Gautam c.
